Requirements
- Expert-level ability in CSS / XHTML with examples of complex, table-less layouts implemented using CSS and semantically correct markup.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and experience producing pages that function uniformly across browser targets.
- Web design, PHP and or Java Script / AJAX knowledge a plus.

Pringo CDG, a division of Pringo is looking for a skilled, savy and most of all DYNAMIC Mid Level Web Designer. If you have had experience designing social media and or cutting edge sites, have excellent management skills and a portfolio that can WOW a crowd, we would love to meet you!
In this role you will be responsible for creating sophisticated visual Web design solutions that speak to customers. The Mid Level Web Designer will develop and refine visual design concepts, present his/her work independently, participate in critiques, project manage independently, and contribute toward the larger department's goals of creating high-end social media-driving solutions.
The ideal candidate will be have strong visual design skills, design research skills, an innovative approach that breeds new thinking, a strong understanding of graphic design (type, color, layout, composition, motion graphics), a current understanding of the Web vis-a-vis consumer facing brands, trends and current approaches, and understanding of Web technology, and an ability to work collaboratively.

Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of visual web design experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of consumer-facing Web Design experience.
- Expert knowledge of CS2 and DreamWeaver is required. Experience with Flash and animation a plus. Understanding of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX helpful.
- Outstanding creative, visual design, and technical skills.
- Strong communication skills and client orientation (including interaction with teams and other departments)
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Skilled in communicating constructive criticism while inspiring.

Requirements
- Has a BS in CS, IS, or any other programming discipline.
- 1 year of real world experience programming PHP 5.1+ in a job after college.
- Experience in an OOP environment.
- Not be scared to document at least your own code
- Must know how to navigate around Linux on the command line.
